At Clean Innovation Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to deliver exceptional service on every visit.

 

If you're not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll make it right. Our Policy Includes:

 

Re-clean Guarantee:

If any part of your cleaning does not meet expectations, we’ll return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.

 

No Refunds on Completed Services:

-Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer cash refunds once the service has been completed. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

 

Service Cancellations:

 

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25% of your service total to cover lost appointment time.
